in Kadir Hall, SAC.
WORLD CANCER DAY AWARENESS RUN 2025

On Sunday 09 February 2025. A total of
16 Officers and Other Ranks including families from Gurkha Security Unit participated
in the World Cancer Day Awareness Run 2025.
LADIES INTER UNIT VOLLEYBALL COMPETITION 2024/25
Sungai Akar Camp, on Friday 24 January 2025. The Inter Unit ladies volleyball competition was held in Kadir Hall in Sungai Akar camp. The K-9 Unit team declared the champion for the year 2024/25 after closely contested with Guard Unit A team. All the ladies had remarkable fun and fruitful interactions between each other during the training sessions and tournament.
GURKHA RESERVE UNIT’S PARTICIPATION ON LOCAL ACTIVITY WORLD HEART DAY BRUNEI RUN 2024
Bandar Seri Begawan, Sunday 06 October 2024: A total of 15 personnel from Gurkha Reserve Unit participated amongst over 1800 participants in the World Heart Day Brunei Run 2024 event to support and help the local communities. The event was organized in conjunction with the World Heart Day and presented by Gleneagle JPMC in collaboration with Ministry of Health, Brunei, At Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddin.
GRU CEMETERIES CLEANING CAMPAIGNS IN CONJUCTION WITH 50TH ANNIVERSARY AND THE RAMADHAN 1445 HIJRAH
The Commandant GRU paid visits to cemeteries and conducted cleaning campaigns organised by Local Other Ranks (LORs) at several muslim cemeteries in Brunei-Muara district.
