Bandar Seri Begawan, 30 November 2025. A total of 21 personnel from the Gurkha Security Unit, including Officers, Other Ranks and their families took part in The Brunei Half Marathon Run 2025. Participants competed in the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km categories.
The event, which featured a scenic route across the Iconic feature, the Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien (SHOAS) Bridge, which is known as the longest bridge in Southeast Asia. The event was organized by the SHOAS Organizing Committee, with support from Royal Brunei Airlines and Arrow Tech Sports.
