Friday, 21 November 2025 – The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Brigadier General (Retired) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, conducted an official working visit to the Gurkha Security Unit (GSU) out-guard locations, accompanied by the Commandant GSU. The visit formed part of a scheduled administrative programme aimed at updating Yang Mulia Dato on the unit’s operational posture, addressing ongoing challenges, and strengthening coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders.
During the programme, the Permanent Secretary inspected Two GSU out-guard locations under the Guard Unit’s Area of Responsibility (AOR). The visit concluded with a courtesy interaction with GSU officers.
