Sungai Akar Camp, Sunday 25 February 2024: Gurkha Reserve Unit personnel celebrated the 50th anniversary with a Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony at Surau Sungai Akar Camp.
Yang Mulia Brigadier General (Retd) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Alirupendi
Bin Haji Perudin, Permanent Secretary of MINDEF and former Commandants of
Gurkha Reserve Unit graced the ceremony with their esteemed presence. The
ceremony was accomplished with a Group Photo Session, Asar Prayer, reciting of
Surah Yassin and Tahlil and Thanksgiving Prayer.
