Sungai Akar Camp, on 18 February 2025. GSU Inter Unit Drill Competition 2024/25 successfully completed in SAC parade square with showcasing high standard of individual and group drills, among competing units. The primary objective of this competition was to enhance individual drill proficiency, maintain turnout and bearing, and determine unit standings for the Overall Champion Unit of the Year 2024/25.
A total of four teams, participated from three different units within GSU. Guard Unit A team, led by Lt Ashok Kumar Gurung obtained the highest mark and declared the winner. Guard Unit B, Support Unit and K-9 Unit secured 2nd, 3rd and 4th place respectively. The competition was concluded with the prize presentation by the Commandant.
