Sungai Akar Camp, Saturday 29 June 2024 – This year again the Gurkha Reserve Unit’ organized its Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration at GRU Main Cook House with a “Hari Raya Classic Theme”. This event is also celebrated with the attendance of Special Autistic Children.
The event commenced with the get-together session and a group photo with Commandant, former Commandants and Officers. The purpose of this event was to maintain the good relationship amongst the former Commandants, all members and families of GRU as well as to express gratitude after completing a month of fasting in Ramadhan. The event was concluded with the presentation of gift hampers to Autistic children by the Commandant.
