Sungai Akar Camp, Thursday, 13 November 2025 – The Gurkha Security Unit (GSU) conducted its annual Inter-Unit Swimming Competition on Thursday, 13 November 2025, at the Sungai Akar Camp swimming facility. Four teams participated in the competition, taking part in a series of individual and relay swimming events.
Support Unit swimmers delivered an outstanding performance and secured the championship title for the second consecutive year. Guard Unit team A achieved the position of 1st Runner-Up, while Guard Unit Team B and K-9 Unit team placed 3rd and 4th respectively.
The event aimed to promote physical fitness, strengthen team cohesion, and determine the points for the Commandant Challenge Trophy. The event concluded with a prize presentation ceremony officiated by the Yang Mulia Commandant GSU.
