On Tuesday 18 February 2025, Sungai Akar Camp. In conjunction with the Gurkha Security Unit’s 50th Anniversary (Golden Jubilee) celebration, the GSU annual open run event for the Year 2024/25 was held on Tuesday 18 February 2025 starting early morning at 0700 hrs from the main parade square SAC. The event was organized in 2 categories, 5 km open run and 3 km fun run. Total 316 male and female including officers were participated on the run.
